Understanding teamwork tactics is mandatory in the modern soccer. Games are decided by little details and those details happen after a huge tactic teamwork.

Hundreds of coaches under USA territory, are heading soccer practices and tactics are not in their handbooks. That means, that one of the biggest part of a successfull soccer performance is not implemented and furthermore, they don't even know that exists. Players and families see that personal skills are more important

than collective work and those statements are confusing players and sending the wrong message to families.

If a coach does not consider tactics as a mandatory requirement to guide the team, it is simple, the coach is not ready to be a coach.
